Yes, I am not talking about the Katy Perrys song. I am talking the youtube channel Bon Appétit that is from the Bon Appétit Magazine.

The channel that has shows like:

In “Its Alive” by Brad Leone explores the world of fermentation and the preparation of different food from around the world.

“Making perfect” Is a new program from Bon Appétit with all the producers in the tests kitchen. Where they are trying to do the best form of that food.

“Baking School” Clair Saffitz teches the basics of making a homemade cake.

“Gourmets Makes” This is another show that Clair does and is based of making famous snacks gourmet. Here she shows the difficulty of making this snacks at home. Some of the things that she has done are “Twinkies”, “Snickers”, “Peeps”, “Pringles”, etc.

“Hand Crafted” Here they bring chefs of recognized restaurants, to do some of the foods that they prepare.

Same as they have a variation of videos in their channel like ASMR, cookbook authors, almost anything that has to do with the wold of food.

This youtube channel is bring new things to the food industry. They are targeting their content to the young public, differencing it to some channels. Just because it doesn’t feel that formal and their content is pretty light hearted, engaging with the viewer.

For example “Its alive” is my favorite show of them because he is being genuine. And that one of the thing that I identify from their channel. Because they show how difficult sometimes is to do this recipes.
